Just checking with you to see if you or an investor you know might be interested in a Home Hunter deal. We have a great family who wants to buy a home, but can't qualify right now. The asking price on the home is $145,000, but I think you could get it for $130,000. With a typical investor loan your monthly payment including taxes and insurance would be around $942. This family is willing to pay $5000 upfront to you and a monthly rent payment of $1350. You would collect about $408 a month in cash flow.
