    I know we only hear negative stuff on the news.  Here's something positive that I just read.

    [According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), there were 4.9 million homes sold in the U.S. in 2008, and the projection for 2009 sees that number growing by 6.6% to 5.2 million.Considering the numbers of real estate agents are declining, that means more homes sold per agent this year!

    After graduating from University I lived in New Zealand for a while. After my adventure, I had decided to come home and save up money for about 6-8 months and then take off to South America for another exploration. When I got back to the Mobile Bay Area everything changed. I fell in love with our downtown. I had forgotten how beautiful the oak trees could be and the huge homes that line Dauphin and Government.
